NGW Planetary Gear Reducer

Scope of application

NGW planetary gear reducer includes three series: single-stage (NGW11~NGW121), two-stage (NGW42~NGW122) and three-stage (NGW73~NGW123).

Mainly used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, light industry and other industries.

Its applicable conditions: high-speed shaft speed is not more than 1500r/min; the circumferential speed shall not exceed 10m/s; working environment temperature is -40~45℃; It can run in forward and reverse rotation.

The main features

The main components of NGW planetary gear reducer are sun gear, planet gear, ring gear and planetary frame.

In order to evenly distribute the load of the three planetary gears, a toothed floating mechanism is adopted, that is, the sun gear or the planetary frame float, or both of them float simultaneously.

The gear in reducer is involute spur gear. It has the following characteristics

(1) Light weight and small volume. Compared with the common cylindrical gear reducer, the weight is reduced by more than 1/2 and the volume can be reduced by 1/2 to 1/3.

(2) High transmission efficiency. Single-stage up to 0.97, two-stage up to 0.94, three-stage up to 0.91.

(3) Strong applicability and large transmission power range. From a few tenths of a kilowatt to thousands of kilowatts or even more.

(4) The main parts are processed by carburizing and quenching or nitriding with the high quality low-carbon alloy steel. Planetary gear reducer runs smoothly, has low noise and long service life.
